Read this incredible letter below, where The LeapFrog Group actually asks the Attorney General's office NOT to show me the information they provided them (which they did anyway). Also...need to promote a LeapFrog Group rating? For only $12,500, you can...read more about this HERE.

Despite LeapFrog Group telling them not to provide me with this letter, or the attachments they sent to the New Hampshire Attorney General, the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office forwarded to me this letter, along with the attachments. Shockingly, LeapFrog Group actually asked the attorney general in New Hampshire NOT to send me what they were sending them. The Attorney General Office sent both to me anyway. Kudo's to them for not being told what to do by this organization. The only thing I have done that could be considered "inappropriate behavior" is calling them out. The fact is, they DO NOT GO INTO HOSPITALS THEY RATE. And that's not inappropriate? In the above letter, they ADMIT they do not go into the hospitals they rate.

Exhibit A is above, the letter from The Leap Frog Group to Brian.

Exhibit A is above, the letter from The Leap Frog Group to Brian.

Exhibit B: That day, Brian goes public with the above letter by issuing the following press release: http://www.wiredprnews.com/2012/12/04/leapfrog-group-now-supports-son-of-holy-family-hospital-patient-helen-bousquet_2012120432040.html

After you have reviewed the link above, then look below at Exhibit C:

Exhibit C - Just 9 days later after contacting Brian, Leap Frog Group issues The Holy Family a new "A" rating (miraculously, apparently, obtaining that "2012 data" that Leap Frog Group's CEO, Leah Binder, in Exhibit A says their organization hadn't even collected yet from 2012) just nine days later. Between December 3rd and 14th, LeapFrog never stepped foot into the hospital. Nine days after giving Holy Family a nice shiny new "A" rating, the hospitals own nurses protested the hospital citing lack of staffing to care for it's patients, see: http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/regionals/north/2012/12/23/nurses-say-staffing-too-low-holy-family-hospital-methuen/qY3ZU5GpHVzJVtqXCvY9xL/story.html Doesn't take much to get an "A" rating at Holy Family now does it. You don't even need nurses in the hospital to get one.

Exhibit: D: The above press release disappears that was posted on December 14th once it's learned Brian filed suit (although all dated press releases issued before and after the dated press release above remain intact, only this particular press release was removed by Steward Health Care System): http://www.steward.org/Holy-Family/Newsroom/Whats-New-at-Holy-Family

And let's not leave out this little piece of information...just 9 days after LeapFrog gave Holy Family a brand spanking new "A" rating...nurses protested this very hospital for lack of staffing:
